Dagoberto Giraldo is a professional Skydive Photographer, Instructor, Wingsuit Pilot, and Base Jumper. His thirst for new adventures keeps him always on the move while remembering to be mindful and to live life to the fullest.
Born and raised in Honda, Colombia, it wasn’t until after his 20th birthday when he immigrated to the United States and enlisted in the Navy. Stationed in Pearl Harbor, Hawaii, Dago spent seven years traveling South East Asia and working abroad. His passion for skydiving began in the midst of his travels and eventually brought him to make a giant leap of faith. In 2013, he chose to leave the military and took on skydiving full time.
With over 3000 successful jumps his winters are spent in either Hawaii or South America doing what he loves. For the rest of the year, you can find him anywhere on a map while he drives across the U.S. Conveniently using his van “Maria” as his house on wheels.
“I either say Suerte or Bananas before I jump……. But mostly Bananas”
