Dealer Refunds

Any Camera that has been bought by a customer and returned to store can not be refunded by Cyclops Gear. We will however fix whatever the issues was so you can resell the camera.

Cyclops Gear prefers that customers contact them directly to handle all warranty claims. They are happy to replace items under warranty and offer inexpensive repairs. Dealers, please send customers to tech support for the best customer service experience.
